Update - 12.4.2024
Hello Friends! I've been busy at work to get the brewery off the ground! I am researching facilities and considering both existing buildings as well as new construction.
This week I also had a meeting with a commercial lender who is going to be helping me acquire the remaining funding I'll need to buy all of our shiny new equipment!
Some of my first equipment orders for test batching are coming today / tomorrow so I'll be putting some small batches into the fermenter in the next week or so. I've ordered ingredients for the recipes I hope to be some of the first official DNBC brews, a Hazy DIPA and a crisp German Pilsner. I also have joined the national Brewer's Association, and will be joining our local NH Brewer's Association soon as well!
