Cosmic Bliss
Hazy IPA

Juicy, radiant, and built to shine, Cosmic Bliss is the flagship IPA of Dark Nebula Brewing Company. Loaded with an incredibly potent blend of American and New Zealand hops and utilizing the best in today’s advanced hop products, this hazy IPA bursts with waves of mango, passionfruit, citrus zest, and ripe stone fruit over a soft, pillowy body and smooth finish.
This beer is a collaboration with the artists behind our taproom mural (Bliss Studio of Bristol, NH) whose vibrant style brings our universe to life. Their work inspired the name Cosmic Bliss, a reflection of both the beer’s flavor and the feeling it delivers.
Featured on the label is Commander Suds Lightbeer, our drifting astronaut and resident beer explorer, captured mid-orbit with a fresh pour in hand. As seen on our wall, he embodies the spirit of the brewery: creativity, curiosity, and taking a moment to enjoy the ride!
Crafted in partnership with the team at Bliss Studio (@bliss_nh_studio, @ben_on_a_quest, @alesha.borges), this beer is a celebration of art, collaboration, and the pursuit of something unforgettable.

First Light
NZ Pilsner
ABV: ~5.6% | IBU: 37
First Light is inspired by the dawn of the day and the brilliance of the sunrise. Hopped generously with aromatic Southern Hemisphere hops from New Zealand, this pilsner bursts with lime zest, tropical brightness, and a clean dry finish
Like dawn, First Light is refreshing, clear, and expectant; perfect for morning hikes or late-day unwinding.
This beer celebrates new beginnings, clarity of vision, and the promise of better days ahead.
Pastriez
Dessert Amber Ale
ABV: ~5.2% | IBU: 20
Rich, smooth, and layered like a well-loved dessert, Pastriez is an amber ale brewed with lactose, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg, echoing the nostalgic flavor of Italian pastries. Inspired by a cherished group of friends who nicknamed themselves after sweet treats, this beer is both a tribute to the good times shared and a celebration of flavor. Notes of toasted malt, caramel, and spice create a cozy profile perfect for dessert or any moment worth savoring. Raise a glass to friendship. Near, far, and always sweet.

Double Vision
Imperial Stout
ABV: ~10.4% | IBU: 65
Brewed in remembrance and raised in honor and in loving memory of David Christianson.This imperial stout was sponsored by his loving family and is a tribute to a man who appreciated the simple pleasure of a bold, high-ABV “microbrew” as he called it, followed up by a complaint about it being served in too small of a glass!
Rich and full-bodied, it’s crafted with maple syrup and layered with notes of roasted malt, dark chocolate, coffee, and subtle sweetness, finishing smooth and warming.
This beer was created for The Mitchell’s aka Mug Club Members #1 and #2 in memory of a father and father-in-law whose presence is deeply missed but never forgotten. It’s a reflection of shared stories, lasting impact, and the kind of moments that stay with you long after the glass is empty.
Built strong, meant to be savored, and best enjoyed in good company…just as he would have wanted.

Nebulosa Oscura
Mexican Lager

Crisp, smooth, and endlessly refreshing, Nebulosa Oscura is our take on a classic Mexican-style lager. Brewed with a clean malt bill and a touch of corn for subtle sweetness, it pours bright and finishes dry with a light, easy bitterness.
Inspired by warm nights, good company, and the simple joy of a cold beer in hand, this lager is built for any occasion, whether you're under the sun or beneath a sky full of stars.

Super Krusher
Hazy Pale Ale

Bright, punchy, and ridiculously drinkable, Super Krusher is a hazy pale ale built to deliver maximum flavor without the weight of a full IPA. Featuring a heavy dose of Superdelic and Krush hops, this beer explodes with notes of candied citrus, tropical fruit, berry, and a touch of stone fruit over a soft, smooth body.
Low bitterness and a pillowy mouthfeel keep things easy, while the hop combo brings a vibrant, almost candy-like aroma that pops right out of the glass.

Fresh Start
Pale Ale

Clean, bright, and brewed to mark the beginning, Fresh Start is a pale ale built around the vibrant character of Citra hops. Notes of grapefruit, citrus zest, and light tropical fruit shine over a crisp, balanced malt backbone, finishing smooth with a gentle bitterness.
As the first beer brewed at Dark Nebula Brewing Company, this one sets the tone: simple, intentional, and focused on quality. It’s a celebration of new beginnings, fresh ideas, and the road ahead.

Ghost Signal
West Coast IPA
ABV: 7.1% | IBU: 52
Clean. Sharp. Unmistakable.
Ghost Signal is a West Coast IPA tuned into a different frequency: bright citrus, resinous pine, and a crisp bitterness that cuts through clean like a transmission from somewhere just out of reach. Built on a lean, dry malt backbone, it’s designed to disappear into the hops and let them speak loud and clear.
A layered hop bill of Cascade, Citra, and Centennial are delivered through a mix of T90 pellets and cryo hops, pushing waves of grapefruit zest, orange peel, and sticky dank pine resin. The cryo additions amplify intensity without weighing the beer down, keeping the signal sharp and focused from first sip to last.
Dry, snappy, and confidently bitter, Ghost Signal doesn’t haze over the message…it broadcasts it.

Totality
NZ Pilsner

A collaboration between Dark Nebula Brewing Company and White Mountain Brewery, Totality represents the meeting of two opposites: light and dark, mountain and cosmos, tradition and innovation.
This New Zealand Pilsner pours mostly clear with a slight haze, with a crisp, refreshing finish. Bright notes of tropical fruit, citrus, and white grape emerge from an expressive Southern Hemisphere hop profile, delivering bold aroma without sacrificing balance. Clean lager character and firm bitterness create a refreshing backbone, while layers of fruit-forward hop character linger through a dry, elegant finish.
